Applicant must be a graduating senior who has participated in and is currently
participating in a sanctioned Youth or IHSA High School Bowling program
originating out of one of the following bowling centers: B & B Park Bowl, The
Cherry Bowl, Don Carter Lanes, Forest Hills Lanes,
Park Lanes, Town & Country Lanes, Plum Hollow Lanes, Viking Lanes, 4 Seasons or
T/Byrd Lanes.
The criteria currently used determining the amount of any scholarship are as
follows:
40% scholastics
30% Bowling ability
30% Sportsmanship/Citizenship/Extracurricular Activities/and Bowl’N 4 Kids.
Scholarship Awards are not based on need.
IMPORTANT:
1 - Applicant MUST not have participated in adult sports.
2 - Application MUST include a transcript along with ACT scores
3 - Application MUST include current verifiable Bowling records.
4 - Applicant MUST have a 2.5 (of 4) or more grade level.
5 - Application MUST be filled out entirely.
ALL pages of this application must be returned by 2/1.
